🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟠 Major | 🏗️ Heavy lift

Support ECDSA_HASH160 in the external signer before selecting it. When a wallet-derivable HASH160 key has only its persisted derivation breadcrumb, KeychainSigner sends key type 2 to the mnemonic resolver. The resolver accepts only ECDSA_SECP256K1, so signing falls back to a stored scalar that is absent. Both profile operations then fail during signing after profile_signing_key selects the key. Add HASH160 support to the resolver, or exclude HASH160 keys until that support exists.

In `@packages/rs-platform-wallet/src/wallet/identity/network/profile.rs` around
lines 22 - 27, Update the external-signer mnemonic resolver used by
KeychainSigner to accept ECDSA_HASH160 alongside ECDSA_SECP256K1, so keys
selected by profile_signing_key can be resolved from their derivation
breadcrumb; alternatively, exclude ECDSA_HASH160 from profile_signing_key until
resolver support is available.
