💡 Enhance error message

I have an idea!

It would be nice to have a file reference in the following error:

Cycle\Database\Exception\StatementException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [14] unable to open database file in {project}/vendor/cycle/database/src/Driver/SQLite/SQLiteDriver.php:39

Or if it's possible to check the file separately before the driver call.

I think the database file might be a sensitive information like connection creds.
Need to think how to expose file name but not in the exception message

I don't think so.

SQLite database file path might be sensitive if it is included into DSN.
SQLite usually is used for local development or tests, usually not in big projects.

I think we may past only file path from DSN, truncating user/login credentials if they are.

Moreover, user+pass usually leaks from stacktraces like "Error ... in /.../Driver::connect("root", "MyPaSsWoRd") on line 123 ...", but it's not the way to disable any stacktraces from development environment, isn't it?
