Allow running a Job Template directly from the Inventory > Hosts or Inventory > Groups screens by selecting one or more hosts/groups. Currently only the "Run Command" button is available there; a "Run Template" option is requested so the selected hosts/groups can be passed directly to the job's limit field.

Steps to reproduce
- Go to Inventory > Hosts (or Inventory > Groups).
- Select one or more hosts/groups using the checkboxes.
- Look for an action to run a Job Template against the selection.
- Currently, only "Run Command" is available
Current results
Only the "Run Command" button exists on the Hosts/Groups screens. There is no option to launch a Job Template or Workflow Template using the selected hosts/groups as the limit. This makes it hard to run existing templates against a dynamic, manually chosen subset of hosts, since we can't create dynamic surveys on the survey side.
Sugested feature result
Add a "Run Template" option on the Inventory > Hosts and Inventory > Groups screens (and possibly the Hosts screen directly) that opens a Job Template / Workflow Template picker. The existing Launch Wizard would then handle the rest, pre-populating the "Inventory" and "Limit" fields with the selected inventory and hosts/groups.
