Requested on discord. At present, our best tutorial links are buried in a list of resources, many of which assume the user already knows C++. This can present an obstacle for someone coming to the site who doesn't know C++ and wants to know where to start, and is competing with a google search for "C++ tutorial" which will return many questionable results.
We should consider a dedicated section for beginners. Not just a link to learncpp but perhaps a description of the general path, from going through beginner tutorials, writing projects, and learning the best practices. Ideally with resources for each stage along the way.
