fix: restore v1's -t/-g short flags - #496

Like cpp-linter v1: - `--jobs`/`-j` limits how many files are analyzed at the same time (`0` or less: all CPU cores, the default). - `--fix`/`-F` writes clang-format's fixes to the analyzed files (only the lines selected by `--lines-changed-only`), and the formatted files are not reported as having format issues. - `-t` is `--thread-comments` and `-g` is `--no-lgtm` (they were swapped). cpp-linter-action always passes `--jobs` and passes `--fix` for its `auto-fix` input, so v2 rejected the action's arguments.

…g threads With `--fix`, a clang-format that exits with an error is no longer allowed to overwrite the source file with its (likely empty) output; an error is logged instead. Each file is now analyzed with `JoinSet::spawn_blocking` because the clang tools run synchronously, so `--jobs` is not capped by the async worker threads.

I'm not going to lie. This feels a little insulting. I put in all the work to unify both clang tools' output (before you even added --fix to v1), and now you want that same only-clang-format --fix behavior to be the direction in v2.
I'm not against the --fix option. We will need something that does what --pr-review does (generate a patch file of clang fixes from both tools) without actually posting a review. Again, see #376 because that is the direction v2 is taking.
I appreciate the fix about the short flags being backwards (-t/-g). But I always considered the --fix in v1 as a phase-in strategy, not the full desirable solution. Because v1 --fix completely ignores any clang-tidy fixes and leaves the worktree changed.

I prefer to stick with the new v2 behavior. Let cpp-linter-action apply the generated patch file.
Again, v2 will have some breaking changes.
tidy-reviewandformat-revieware aliases of the newer/unifiedpr-reviewfeature. These older inputs are marked as deprecated.- the worktree is completely untouched. Meaning, the
--fixoption will only generate a patch that can be conditionally applied usinggitCLI. This way users can apply their ownpathspecfilter withgit apply <patch-file.patch> [<pathspec>...]. jobsis ignored and the systems' max CPU cores are used to spawn sub-threads.

--fix shall be applied to any file that gets analyzed by either tool. Users can leverage --ignore, --ignore-tidy and --ignore-format to prevent unwanted changes.
Really, this arg will act like --pr-review without actually posting a PR review. The generated patch file can used after cpp-linter is done.
v2 keeps the worktree untouched; fixes from both clang tools are already offered as a patch file (`fix-patch-path`).
