   Description

   Hey, I get the following error on different images when I try to Pull and run them. I don't know how to fix this.

   Steps to reproduce the issue

   1. nerdctl run --rm -e SYNAPSE_SERVER_NAME=matrix.contentways.net -e SYNAPSE_REPORT_STATS=no synapse generate

   @AkihiroSuda this looks to me like a transient Docker Hub error returning an html error page.

   While we could do better than that in term of feedback (#3302), I believe this is a non-issue and we should close this.
