Passkey server

📚 Context

Account Abstraction (ERC-4377) support has been release to Cartesi CLI.
One of the supported AA infrastructure is Kernel (ZeroDev).
ZeroDev supports passkeys.
Passkeys require a passkey server.

While developing locally it would be useful to have a local passkey server running.

✔️ Solution

Write a simple passkey server as documented in ZeroDev docs, and run it locally.

@tuler, what is the priority of this issue? Are you using AA, and are Passkeys a required feature or a nice-to-have offering?
