Bump rollups-node version to the next v2.0.0-alpha.12.

Dependencies

  • Set the new version CARTESI_ROLLUPS_NODE_VERSION variable on docker-bake.hcl.
  • Update checksum for both arm64 and amd64 on Dockerfile.
  • Verify whether everything is working as expected.
