Prevent parsing local sshconfig

In our config we do not want to use the local sshconfig.

Before we did the following:

cnopts = sftpretty.CnOpts(knownhosts=None)
cnopts.ssh_config = SSHConfig()

In this case however the local sshconfig is still parsed in sftpretty.CnOpts and is then discarded in cnopts.ssh_config = SSHConfig()

As a new workaround I want to use:

cnopts = sftpretty.CnOpts(config=os.devnull, knownhosts=None)

I am not sure if this is a valid solution or if you foresee issues in the future if behaviour is changed in sftppretty.

Using os.devnull should be fine as it hits the self.ssh_config.from_path() branch since that location will usually exist. It will then produce an empty config for Host *. The only caveat being if that path is somehow restricted, moved, or removed on a host it will throw a ConfigParseError. You can also pass sftpretty.CnOpts(config='Host *') which will be passed to self.ssh_config.from_text() instead of trying to parse from a path and that will always work.
