Adds Fontinical to the General section.
It's a semantic search engine for free fonts — you search by mood/use case in natural
language rather than by category, across 2,404 families. Similar in spirit to the existing
Gulim entry, but corpus-wide and with per-family language classification.
Fonts are served as unmodified binaries (no subsetting, no renaming, no VF instancing);
WOFF2 conversion is lossless and integrity-checked.
