The label column was a fixed {:>12}, so "Documentation" pushed its bar
one column right. Size it to the widest label in display columns, and cut
labels with an ellipsis only when the chart is too narrow.
Closes #30
Theme colors may now be ansi:<name>, ansi:0-15 or default besides hex; they are emitted as palette escapes at every color depth. The new built-in 'terminal' theme uses nothing else and highlights code with an ANSI syntect theme (code_theme = "ansi"). Closes #29

terminaltheme: use your terminal's colours. A new built-in theme drawn only with the terminal's 16 palette colours and its default foreground, with no background of its own and code highlighted from the palette as well — so ink matches your terminal scheme on light and dark backgrounds without switching themes.
