PLEASE REVIEW AND MERGE PR #231 and PR #232 FIRST
This PR adds angiogenic edges and properties (sproutDir and isAnastomotic) to SiteEdges. It also creates a component for angiogenic growth called
PatchComponentGrowth.PatchComponentGrowthat every specifiedintervalwill check VEGF concentrations at every node location. If the VEGF concentration is above a VEGF_threshold, it adds a potential angiogenic sprout to a temporary graph called theangiogenicNodeMap. The temporary graph contains all possible angiogenic sprouts, and if a patch of angiogenic edges connect to one another or connect to the existing flag, then the path is labelled anastomotic and is added to the hemodynamic graph. Edges that are not able to become anastomotic before reaching a maximum length are removed from the temporary graph.
