Port number instability? #589
Description
I think this is a recent change, but I've noticed that when I send feedback and Plannotator then shows the revised plan, the port number is different each time. When using another agent to review, this means I have to tell it what the new port is when I ask it to re-review the plan, as the original instructions are no longer relevant.
For a particular plan being reviewed, would it be possible to keep the port number constant?

Confirmed, local sessions still bind a fresh random port on every resubmission, so
PLANNOTATOR_PORTremains the only fix. Tracking session-scoped port reuse in #1134 along with the related URL-surfacing gap. Thanks for the report and the workaround note in the thread.
