Implement "Approve with comments" #30
Description
Amazing project so far. I'm loving it, and plan on contributing as soon as I have a little time!
One tiny thing until then:
Often, a plan suggested by the model is often great after a few iterations, but sometimes tiny clarifications are still needed.
Currently, for these clarifications, you have to deny the plan, and wait for a new one.
It would be great if I could just add a comment and approve it anyway.

@Mavial this is possible for OpenCode, but not really for Claude Code - their hooks dont enable it.
For Claude Code, I could enable a way to edit the plan file with some feedback attached to it. Somewhat hacky. There might be some other hooks tricks to get the feedback to Claude.

Otherwise, I would always suggest having a confirmation when pressing approve and adding comments, because I once spent 30 minutes writing comments and then accidentally pressed approve.

@gabber235 will do. I actually tried addressing this in 0.4 by dimming approve. But will move to full confirmation

Released in v0.4.8. OpenCode now supports approve with notes. Claude Code users get a warning dialog with links to upvote the relevant issues.
