fix: Error when installing using pip - #7
webbrain-one wants to merge 1 commit into

The source distribution was missing the Eigen library headers, causing compilation to fail when installing via pip. Update setup.py to properly include the Eigen directory in the package manifest. Closes bab2min#6

Import os before computing here.
here = os.path... executes before import os, so every setup.py invocation fails with NameError: name 'os' is not defined. Move the import block above this assignment.

Add Eigen headers to the source distribution.
MANIFEST.in has no rule for include/Eigen, and the repository contains no Eigen headers. The generated sdist will omit include/Eigen/Eigen/Dense, so offline builds will fail. Add a manifest rule or vendor the headers.

Import os before resolving here, then secure Eigen extraction.
The build currently fails with NameError because setup.py uses os before importing it.
The workflows support Python 3.5–3.8, so validate member paths and link targets manually before extractall. Also pin Eigen to immutable content and verify a trusted SHA-256 before extraction.

Fix setup initialization and bound the Eigen download.
setup.py references os before importing it, so every build fails with NameError. Import os before here = ....
Then pass a finite timeout to urllib.request.urlopen. Move the download into the try/finally, initialize temp_tar = None, and remove the temporary archive when it exists. A copyfileobj failure currently leaves the archive behind.
