The rollup now lets a full-epoch proof replace a non-full registration of the same (epoch, length, proverId), so the prover still gets its activity-score increase when a proof under its id was submitted while the epoch was open. The publisher skipped any submission once getHasSubmitted was true, so it never sent that replacement. Full proofs now skip only when getHasSubmittedFullEpoch is true; partial proofs keep the old check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Node side of AztecProtocol/aztec-packages#25582. Fixes https://github.com/AztecProtocol/aztec-claude/issues/2487
After #25582, the rollup accepts a full-epoch proof that replaces a non-full registration of the same
(epoch, length, proverId). That second submission is how a prover gets its activity-score increase when a proof under its id landed while the epoch was still open (its own partial proof, or a third party using its prover id).ProverNodePublisher.submitEpochProofskipped submission whenevergetHasSubmittedwas true, so it never sent the replacement and the session ended asalready-submitted.Changes:
RollupContract.getHasSubmittedFullEpochProofwraps the newgetHasSubmittedFullEpochview. The ABI is already in the pinned@aztec-foundation/l1-artifacts6.0.0-rc.4.kind: 'full', the publisher skips only when L1 holds a full-epoch registration. Forkind: 'partial', it keeps thegetHasSubmittedcheck.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
