- Gradle wrapper 8.11.1 -> 8.14.6, AGP 8.9.1 -> 8.13.2
- compileSdk/minSdk/targetSdk DSL, Java 17 compileOptions
- minSdk 21 -> 23 (required by material 1.14.0)
- appcompat 1.8.0, constraintlayout 2.2.2, material 1.14.0
- test runner 1.7.0, ext junit 1.3.0, espresso 3.7.0
- remove unused legacy-support-v4 and Jetifier
- modern clean task, daemon heap 2048m
- migrate instrumented test to androidx.test.ext APIs
