## Summary - register `movmatrix.sync.aligned.m8n8.trans.b16` in the CUDA PTX instruction table - cover the emitted mnemonic in the extracted intrinsic codegen test - regenerate the checked-in TIRx PTX stub and update the certified variant count ## Testing - `python -m pytest -q tests/python/tirx/codegen/test_ptx_dialect.py` (47 passed, 32 skipped) - `python -m pytest -q tests/python/tirx/codegen/test_codegen_cuda.py -k megamoe_extracted_intrinsics_codegen` (1 passed) - `pre-commit run --files python/tvm/backend/cuda/ptx/table.py python/tvm/script/tirx.pyi tests/python/tirx/codegen/test_codegen_cuda.py tests/python/tirx/codegen/test_ptx_dialect.py`
