Allow for disabling Heapdumps via netbeans.exe #9614
)
the java args ALWAYS contain the HeapDump option at the end
jargs="$jargs -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError"
It would be great to disable this by setting -XX:-HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError in the options file.
Setting -J-XX:HeapDumpPath=NUL in the options may work, but this behaviour does not seem consistent and disabling HeapDumps alltogether would be great.
Use case/motivation
I want to be able to disable heapdumps, we use the Netbeans Platform for a custom product. Our HeapDumps coulde be VERY Large and we don't want them to be created altogether.

In which case you're welcome to open a pull request that allows for this, although it will have to be aligned with the Windows launcher. Or you can patch and use your own platform.
I'm not sure of the reason why this particular flag is coded into the launchers themselves, but IIRC it's since pre-ASF times. Being able to control this without having to release and vote on the Windows launchers could be a positive anyway.

its unfortunate that the hardcoded flag is appended at the tail end of the list. Custom flags should be at the tail.
