Nodes once created were immutable, now structure is made mutable for parsing, with "last wins" strategy.

Nodes once created were immutable, now structure is made mutable for parsing, with "last wins" strategy. Also, split and simplify things, as prefix tree does not even need stop/allow, is groupTree only thing.
