Remove links to dead DOAP catalogues from the site - #194

doapstore.org now serves malware, and doapspace.org, swik.net, pingthesemanticweb.com and zitgist.com are gone. Do not restore them.

doapstore.org now hosts malware (raised in the 3.0.0-M2 vote thread). This removes it and the other dead catalogue links (doapspace.org, swik.net, pingthesemanticweb.com, zitgist.com) from
examples/doap-in-useand the FAQ, and keeps the page and its URL.This is the smaller fix suggested alongside #186; #191 and #193 rework the same page and can rebase on top.
