[Bug]: Invalid checks in linter

What happened?

The first time the new Linter is enabled I'm greeted with a lot of errors... for a pipeline that is perfectly fine.

This is not the fault of the linter but of the underlying checks that are incorrect in SelectValuesMeta.

• The so-called "not found" field in the metadata tab of Select Values is renamed on the "Select & Alter" tab
• Specifying the same field twice is a perfectly fine way to copy field values under new names on the "Select & Alter" tab.

These should not be errors. Marking naming scheme mismatches as errors sounds harsh but if folks set up a naming scheme we might as well report on it.

Yeah, the rules will needs some tweaking. It didn't make sense to drop a linter without any rules, but the default rules in this first code drop obviously haven't been battle tested yet. I'll look into it.
