Call for Presentations: Community Showcase: Regular series for sharing what you're building with DataFusion #22963

Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge?
The DataFusion ecosystem has grown significantly, but there's no regular live/virtual forum for community members to share what they're building.
Describe the solution you'd like
A regular (bi-monthly?) community showcase - i.e. a Zoom session where community members spend ~20 minutes walking through what they're building with DataFusion, followed by open Q&A.
The goals
- Help builders discover patterns and approaches they can learn from
- Build a pool of speakers and surface topics for deeper discussion

I'd be very happy to talk about DataFusion Comet + Iceberg!
I've also been toying with the idea of trying to do DataFusion Comet, but for Flink. But I should probably wait until some code gets written there lol.

I've made a presentation in the past about how my organization uses datafusion which I recently updated. It's different than many as DF is just used as an embedded dataframe library in a 'replaced spark/mucho faster now' setting. Happy to talk about it though.
