   I have created a readme / version bump:

   • Prepare for 0.55.0 release: Version and CHANGELOG #1750

   I realistically don't have time to try and test this out with DataFusion so I plan to release without doing so. If someone else wants to try to upgrade that would be super helpful

   This release candidate is based on commit: ed416548dcfe4a73a3240bbf625fb9010a4925c8 [1]
   The proposed release tarball and signatures are hosted at [2].
