Follow on to #1332

Filing a ticket here to track the work of a release (mostly so others can follow along)

Target Release Date: Approximately 2024-08-15

Steps:

Make a PR to update CHANGELOG.md: CHANGELOG for 0.50.0 #1383
Resolve Should DEDUPLICATE, FINAL and ID be keywords? #1382
run cargo release
verify the new release is on crates.io: https://crates.io/crates/sqlparser/0.50.0
Make ticket for next release: Release sqlparser-rs version 0.51.0 #1384
