Support HDFS writes with Comet writer via OpenDAL #2890
Description
What is the problem the feature request solves?
Currently Comet supports only local writes, however latest tests #2367 (comment) with remote HDFS cluster showed that OpenDAL works fine with HDFS reads so we need to use this also for writes
