Integrate Apache OpenDAL to support more file serivces #2243
Description
What is the problem the feature request solves?
I noticed that fs-hdfs repo we had imported was not very active and we had to maintain a fork on comet. I also noticed the Apache OpenDAL project, which supports object_store and many file services. Perhaps we can integrate it to access more file services.

I have submitted a pr to support hdfs with OpenDAL #2244 . Could you please take a look at it?
Do you mean supporting other services? I have no plans to do it yet because I don't have more environments to verify.

Oh, I see your PR. I'll take a look. (I didn't mean other services, hdfs is sufficient, I feel).
