fix(x-skill): prevent path traversal and credential leaks - #2071
Remote skill and file names could escape the temporary or installation directory, particularly when Windows interpreted backslashes as path separators. Downloads also accepted arbitrary hosts, and API redirects forwarded GitHub credentials.
Validate portable entry names and enforce child-path boundaries before recursive deletion, download, and installation. Reject symbolic links and unsupported file types.
Use separate temporary and cache directories for each invocation, and hash cache keys with SHA-256 so remote refs cannot become filesystem paths or exceed filename limits.
Allow only HTTPS GitHub API and raw-content hosts. Validate each redirect, bound redirect chains, and remove authorization and cookie headers before following redirects.
Abort timed-out downloads before falling back to packaged skills, and remove partial remote files before copying the fallback.
Preserve rate limit and token guidance for GitHub API 403 responses.
Add 15 regression tests and enable them in the package test scripts.
Existing installation paths containing symbolic links are now rejected. Remote version selection is preserved; this change does not add content hashes or pin remote skills to a commit.
