• Add an optional current monthly inference spend (USD) dropdown to the Enterprise inquiry form.
• Validate the selected range, include it in the inquiry details, and save it to the Salesforce Lead picklist Current_Monthly_Inference_Spend__c.
• Preserve a blank answer as unprovided, distinct from "Not spending yet". The EmailOctopus contact payload remains unchanged.

Salesforce

The matching restricted Lead picklist has been created in the connected Salesforce org, added to the Lead layout, and made accessible to the website integration user. The API values match the salesforceValue entries in this PR.
