Delete session with confirmation dialog #36927
Description
There's currently no way to delete a session from the UI. Adding a delete action with a confirmation dialog in the sidebar session context gives users a way to permanently remove sessions.
The session.delete endpoint already exists (DELETE /api/session/:sessionID). This change adds the UI to trigger it.
