Shell progress bars spam TUI output and context #35246

Problem\n\nShell commands that render progress bars with carriage returns, such as Python tqdm, can produce noisy repeated output in the TUI and final tool transcript. This makes long-running commands hard to read and can waste model context.\n\n## Reproduction\n\nRun a command that repeatedly redraws one terminal line, for example a Python tqdm loop.\n\n## Expected\n\nOpenCode should display a compact live progress indicator and keep the final shell output compact, while preserving ordinary command logs.
