Don’t set cache point after reasoning block (Amazon Bedrock - Fable 5) #31687

Description
While using Anthropic Fable 5 via Amazon Bedrock, the harness seems to try putting a cache point after a reasoning block - which seems to not be allowed by the API, producing the message:
undefined: Cache point cannot be inserted after reasoning block. Please remove the invalid cache point and try again.
Reverting messages to an earlier point allows the conversation to continue, but only as long as the cache point is not set again after a reasoning block.
