Description
The entire opencode window becomes completely unresponsive (frozen) after the window loses and regains focus while a project that previously had a stalled session is open.

Steps to reproduce
- Start a session in Project A and send a message.
- The message never gets a response (the session hangs/stalls).
- Close and reopen opencode. The window opens with Project A (the same project).
- The entire opencode window is now frozen/unresponsive — cannot type, click, or interact.
- Close and reopen opencode again. Within the first few seconds of the window appearing, immediately switch to Project B (a different project). Everything works normally.
- While in Project B (which works), try to close Project A via the right-click menu, then re-open Project A's directory — the entire opencode window freezes again.

Version 1.17.3 appears to have fixed this issue.
