This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

Windows TUI segfault after long session (bun:ffi console guard polling) #31144: Windows TUI segfault with identical stack trace — same Zig::JSFFIFunction::trampoline (JSFFIFunction.cpp:166), same Bun v1.3.14 on Windows x64, same bun:ffi crash path. Very likely the same root cause.
panic(main thread): Segmentation fault at address 0x2370C0A6A62 #28121: Similar segmentation fault at a comparable address pattern on Windows with Bun, same crash report format.

Please review those issues and, if this is indeed the same bug, consider closing this one as a duplicate or adding any new information (e.g. different plugins loaded: opencode-goal-plugin, opencode-dcp, opencode-pty) to the existing report.

but the issue would not happen before 1.17.0
i upgrade the opencode to 1.17.0 then it happen, i think it should be bring in the newest release?

The same crash happen to me I downgrade 1.16.2 and everything is fine now.

BTW, 1.17.0 crashes on a linux (namely Manjaro Linux) too.

can someone share a bug report for a segfault on linux?
