[Web UI] Session list fails to load; only "Load More" shown + MaxListenersExceededWarning in console #30856

Description

When launching OpenCode Web with:
opencode web --port 4096 --hostname 0.0.0.0

the session list does not render. The UI only displays a "Load More" button, which has no effect when clicked.

The browser DevTools Network tab shows successful API requests (e.g., GET /api/sessions returns 200 with valid JSON data).
However, no sessions appear in the UI, and there are no JavaScript errors in the console.
Instead, the backend/console repeatedly logs the following warning:

MaxListenersExceededWarning: Possible EventTarget memory leak detected.
11 event listeners added to [lM]. MaxListeners is undefined. Use events.setMaxListeners() to increase limit.
at overflowWarning (node:events:185:19)
at addListener (node:events:158:22)
at ~effect/Effect/evaluate (B:/~BUN/root/chunk-b5f5vtdp.js:25:4492)
...

This suggests a potential memory leak due to uncleaned event listeners in reactive effects (likely from the frontend framework used).

Steps to Reproduce
Run opencode web --port 4096 --hostname 0.0.0.0
Open http://:4096 in browser
Observe empty session area with only "Load More" button
Click "Load More" → no visual update
Check backend logs or browser console for MaxListenersExceededWarning

Expected Behavior
Historical sessions should load and display correctly.

Additional Notes
The presence of ~effect/Effect/evaluate in the stack trace implies that reactive side effects (e.g., from SolidJS, Preact, or similar) may be adding event listeners without proper cleanup on component unmount.
This issue occurs consistently on every page load.
Clearing browser cache or using incognito mode does not resolve it.
