nix build .#desktop fails after Electron migration #26120

Description
nix build .#desktop fails because the desktop Nix derivation still expects the old Tauri layout.
nix/desktop.nix references packages/desktop/src-tauri/Cargo.lock, but packages/desktop/src-tauri was removed when the desktop app was migrated/consolidated to Electron in #25822.

Expected behavior: nix build .#desktop should build the current Electron desktop app, or the desktop flake output should be disabled until Electron packaging is supported.
