Goal
dev を upstream v1.4.14 (前回 catch-up 着地点) から v1.14.31 まで進める。

- 29 conflicts を解消済（merge commit

主な upstream 構造変更
packages/shared→packages/corerename (refactor: rename shared package to core #24309)packages/opencode/src/global/index.ts→packages/core/src/global.tspackages/opencode/test/session/prompt-effect.test.ts削除 (test(opencode): consolidate session prompt tests into Effect style #23710)- tool runner (
tool.ts) が decoded result を execute に正しく渡すよう修正（我々の Theme B 修正は obsolete）
Codemod 更新
script/rebrand.tsのapp = "securecode"rule をpackages/core/src/global.tsへ retarget- 既存 45 ルールは all already-applied として通過
Acceptance criteria
- merge conflicts 解消（29 件）
- codemod re-applied（46 ルール idempotent）
- bun typecheck: 13/13 packages pass
- CI green (test.yml on linux + windows)
- PR review + merge
