Description

Hello,

The Review > Git changes tab has regressed to where if you make changes to a file, it will show the entirety of the file contents rather than the typical diff you would see in say, GitHub, like it used to do. Attached a screenshot below.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open OpenCode Desktop
  2. Start a new session
  3. Edit a file
  4. See that the files entire contents are displayed in the Git changes section rather than just the delta
