For any one encountering this you might want to right click on the window of your cmd and then you click properties there, after that you will find the setting.
This issue seems to still persist in the latest version of OpenCode.
I'm currently running Windows 10 with the latest OpenCode CLI inside the native PowerShell environment. Whenever the TUI initializes, the clipboard (Ctrl + V and right-click paste) completely stops working, forcing me to manually type everything out.
Could we please re-open this issue? It really ruins the CLI experience for Windows users who aren't using WSL.

This is a Windows terminal limitation, not an OpenCode bug. The legacy cmd.exe doesn't support Ctrl+V by default.
Quick fixes:
If you're on PowerShell, try Ctrl+Shift+V as well.
