   I think this has some relationship with git worktrees (workspaces) that are added by OpenCode but, at some point, removed from other places (like running git worktree remove). It somehow gets to a point where the repo becomes unusable.

   I found a workaround:

   1. cd path/to/faulty/repo
      git branch magic
      git worktree add ../repo-magic magic

   2. Now open the repo-magic folder in OpenCode desktop.
