[FEATURE]: Set default model for plan and build seperately #11209
Description
Feature hasn't been suggested before.
- I have verified this feature I'm about to request hasn't been suggested before.
Describe the enhancement you want to request
Be cool if switching to plan used a different model than build by default (e.g 5.2xhigh for plan, Opus for build).
Be nice to set these in opencode.json and then overide them in the TUI if needs be
