Renovate proposed >=1.8,<2, which raises the floor and drops authlib 1.7.x. kognic-fastapi 5.6.1 requires authlib>=1.7.2,<1.8, so that version of this change makes any project depending on both unsolvable. Widening the ceiling instead keeps the existing floor, so nothing is forced to upgrade, and authlib 1.8 becomes resolvable. Verified locally: resolves authlib 1.8.0, 243 tests pass.
