hi,
i'm new with linux and ralph
i fresh installed ubuntu 22.04 and trying to install ralph3
in the middle of installation on "sudo ralphctl migrate" to be exact
i got this notification
The user does not have write permissions to ralph data.
Please log in as ralphsrv or as a superuser to run ralphctl.

am i doing wrong here?
please advice
