AI systems engineer in Singapore: agents, retrieval, and the control planes they run on. NUS MTech in AI Systems (Oct 2025). I work AI-first (Claude Code daily) with verification gates on everything that ships.

2026

  • GPU cloud control plane: built the resource lifecycle platform, scoped IAM, tenant quotas, atomic billing and an E2E-gated CI pipeline for a 12-cluster Karmada fleet with 370+ GPUs, solo, in 8 weeks.
  • OpenAI Parameter Golf: PR #1945 (V22 config, val_bpb 1.05943), Top 4 frontier on the audited leaderboard out of 1920+ submissions.
  • Pond.ai Deep Funding Contest L3 (Ethereum Foundation + Gitcoin): Top 10 on the final leaderboard, val_score 0.2561, with an original zeroth-order optimization method.

2025

  • AI Engineer Intern, Binance Singapore (Nov 2025 to Mar 2026): production agents for the TechOps platform, a RAG ticket assistant that cut manual triage 60%, an MLflow eval pipeline tracking accuracy and hallucination rate.
  • AI Engineer Intern, NetLink Trust (Mar to Aug 2025): enterprise RAG knowledge assistant for 350+ employees, hybrid retrieval with RRF, retrieval F1 +10%.

Code and writing

  • parameter-golf-v22: the config, the ablations, and what actually moved val_bpb.
  • SnapShop: mobile AI shopping assistant, YOLO detection, Google Vision, Solana Mobile Wallet with USDC payments via Bitrefill.
