Dark mode not aligned properly when using system scaling on a high DPI monitor #499

I use WIndowTop on a work laptop with a 4k screen, and apps that natively dont support scaling and use the system scaling option instead behave weird like this. For example Codesys:

Fullscreen it convers the main panel:

When not fullscreen, the dark overlay is offset depending on the window position:

Sometimes when the program hangs while fullscreen, you can see that it only really takes up a quarter of a screen and its tiny. I believe windows somehow then stretches this quarter when the program is fullscreen.

I use windowtop almost exclusively for the dark mode feature with industrial programs, and i would greatly appreciate if this could be fixed. Im of course using the paid version.
