Add explicit search-mode override to Advanced Binary Search

Advanced Binary Search currently auto-detects the pattern language (FlexHex → YARA Hex → Regex → Raw String). Add a Mode dropdown next to the search input that lets users force a specific parser, with the default being today's auto-detect behavior.
