Closes #14.

Bind the owned decoder to Core-29 canonical events using retained prepaid cursors: eager captures once per instruction, observer-before-updater Scan lanes, call entry and parameter binding, fresh/transferred completion, and ascending sparse-slot retirement excluding the returned key. State keeps charged handles and fixed-width controls under one semantic ledger.

Verified public head: 4aef6c6, tree 6c955b7597e1a09b97f671c3d509bd8496599420. Implementation source is unchanged from 59cc340:

  • Engine SHA256 feadb771a6c62079103f530fafd2b54ca0b387118cd030fb9aa74c5cea0ee3d8.
  • Semantic adapter SHA256 011f83fc1b1d026d73aac562fd9274d93cc2ed625e64cdc3474597b6c192d722.
  • RuntimeMachine helper, including prepareBasis, SHA256 c13a991d4f72099c12ab7847e045ee14b9d4608b18eb94c045fdd5efda2280f5.

ReadyTransfer, OutputTransfer, State and Semantic Budget/Ledger/Error/Event/Outcome declarations are byte-identical to 7cf135d. startTransferred is additive. FrameRecord has eleven additional internal fields, including capture-root and owned image-span tickets; its constructors need the current declaration. Product 8fff690 and Wire d32f55b are separately owned consumer checkpoints. No controller, parser or Heap algorithm is duplicated.

Current source validation uses complete public declarations: 21 byte-exact native files plus 24 official migrations, all 45 public inputs individually bound. Official format/check/build passes, build 33d700a14963c18c93bdb1fed0231d4ee353a40707787c96b14963df30866600. The existing authenticated Heap parser cache supplies migration imports; no parser/compiler was rebuilt and all native files were restored byte-exact before checking.

The bounded ordinary dependency kernel fails first at ReferenceSemantics.append_reference_reads_left_region, generated line 229, with further failures 237/251/259/271/279. This is NOT the earlier projection's line 309/PF-21 result. Full kernel and current runtime remain unqualified. Exact kernel receipt.

The earlier d594ece4 diagnostic projection is superseded for whole-public provenance: eight retained dependencies contained changes beyond official migration, including theorem omissions, executable annotations and nonpublic ReferenceSemantics proof revisions. Its exact receipt remains historical. Complete differences. The corrected closure preserves every public declaration, proof and annotation; no shared source or verifier guard was changed.

Actual test bodies now total 112: original 93 + corrected Prefix 9 + Composition 10. Seven new composition bodies cover eager captures, Scan lanes, parameters, transferred completion, sparse retirement, refusal/retry and cancellation; the original 3 bodies are byte-exact. FutureCompositionRun112.lean calls all three unfiltered aggregates. Nine registration-only families remain excluded. No new 112 execution is claimed.

  • Future112 driver.
  • Prefix expectations: the retained last-reference boundary is work15/live19/peak19/active2, retry16.
  • Ingress contract audit: earlier-source evaluator confirms mismatch refusal before allocation and deliberate extend to the actual Heap owned-limit guard; no ingress behavior changed.

Historical 102 native Lean/C pass remains bound to Engine 6be96651 / Semantic 085687a8 and build b1c99f8b61e072affb039a84c4eacbcac5eb31a0074a63d57a7f1fac964a038c. Its recorded inputs, counters, root audits and mutation/restore results are retained. A separate direct audit against its matching public 039970be confirms all 39 source hashes and all 41 Lean/C/object triples match the original receipt: 17 native files are byte-exact, 11 legacy files equal official migration, and11 differ only by 194 omitted public theorems. Historical ReferenceSemantics omits 20 theorems and has none of the later d594 proof/helper/annotation revisions. The 102 PASS is unchanged for its recorded snapshot; whole-public-proof completeness is not established. Exact historical addendum.

Remaining gates: public dependency proof repair under unchanged statements, full kernel/current 112 execution, remaining scenario bodies, general value/slot/unit-cache and store-cardinality correspondence, event/ownership/canonical-prefix/output-byte refinement, authenticated current-source IR exports, accepted Rust/Wasm and locked-SDK whole-product qualification. Product/Wire own closed output/basis/EOF composition. Operational word/address exhaustion remains incomplete coverage and cannot exclude semantic predecessors. Locks, policy and SDK authority are unchanged; this remains a draft.

…ration

Thread one fixed-width semantic ledger through start, refusal/resume, cancellation and Ready transfer. Bind exact source/kernel/native diagnostics, including the pre-prefix 93-control common-Graph run and current prefix gate. Preserve explicit remaining composition/proof/export obligations.
…ation

All nine individual and aggregate generated Lean controls pass, as does the native Lean/C aggregate. Bind actual source, compiler, C/object identities and prepare-before-last-reference mutation rejection. Full event composition and accepted production qualification remain open.
…l qualification

Keep the original behavioral assertion and all fixture records. Bind the focused before/after result and the sole immutable native102 job, exact root catalog, achieved prefix counters and owner-inventory mutation/restore evidence. The full102 runtime result remains pending.

…efixes

All original93 and newprefix9 pass on one immutable6be/b1c source closure. Preserve102root identities, native code/object hashes, achieved counters/root audits and mutation/restore results. Later unqualified composition changes are separate.
Implement eager capture preparation, per-call/parameter events, fresh/transferred completion and ascending retirement under one retained ledger. Bind already-authored loop/action cursors, owned spans and Ready handoff to exact Core29 contracts. Source builds27/44 pass; full ordinary kernel stops at unchanged ReferenceSemantics PF-21 dependency. No new composition runtime or compiler acceptance is claimed.
