   tencentcloud-sdk-java-sms 依赖 tencentcloud-sdk-java-common，tencentcloud-sdk-java-common 依赖 ini4j

   在 pom.xml 里显式声明下 common 的版本就好，sms 的版本可以不改

   <dependency>
       <groupId>com.tencentcloudapi</groupId>
       <artifactId>tencentcloud-sdk-java-common</artifactId>
       <version>3.2.0</version>
   </dependency>
