Summary
Adds the public changelog entry for Media Server 3.5.1 to
millicast/changelog/changelog-dolbyio-platform-media-server.md, following the existing per-release format (date heading,### Media Server, version comment,#### Features/#### Fixes).3.5.1 is a stability and diagnostics release with no API or configuration changes, so the entry is short: the 30-second RTMP contribution disconnect fix, the fix for viewers connecting to a live stream but receiving no media, the optional per-account Adobe Media Server compatibility mode (disabled by default, for the ~4 GB-per-connection stall), and improved RTMP diagnostics.
Two things a reviewer should decide:
