Is baseline text vertical alignment planned or coming any time soon?

Hello everyone!

As I've seen mentioned in #488 you were mentioning adding a "Baseline" option for the text vertical alignment. I think that would be a very useful idea as it would allow to avoid working directly with glyph metrics trying to line up the font baseline with the text origin, but I have not seen it being talked about since. Are there any plans for this feature?

I can happily say..... YES
